Refund Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid DocFlow subscriptions and checkout purchases made through Creem hosted checkout.
DocFlow is a digital SaaS product. Access begins shortly after checkout, so refunds are limited to the conditions below.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment if you have not materially used the paid service, generated substantial documentation output, or violated the Terms of Service.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error that we can verify.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be denied for heavy usage during the paid period, completed documentation generation work, abuse, policy violations, chargeback fraud, or requests made after the refund window.
Custom enterprise work, custom onboarding, and manually delivered services are non-refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal where available or by contacting [email protected]. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for abuse or risk.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the GitHub username used for DocFlow, the purchase email, the plan purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for the request.
We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Creem or the relevant payment processor. Bank processing time may vary.
6. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact support first so we can investigate billing issues quickly.
7. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
